The Little family has been in the mobile home business for over 50 years on Wire Road in Auburn.

We are conveniently located less than a mile from Auburn University’s Vet School. Tiger Transit has a designated stop in front of our park at our gazebo.

We only rent lots in our park. All mobile homes are owner occupied. No rental homes or subleasing allowed. Owners may sell mobile homes to pre-approved students only. Our park is a nice, quiet, student park of 45 lots.

Our lot rent is fairly priced at $280.00 (effective Aug 1, 2025) and includes water, sewage, garbage dumpsters, and lawn care. Mobile home service center is located in the front of our park and offers a full service of all repairs and parts including AC.
